Stuttgart Weilimdorf Altes Rathaus

- Picture taken at " Altes Rathaus " ( old town hall ) Stuttgart Weilimdorf / Germany.

- Picture taken with Canon EOS 1000 D
- for Exif Data see the right side ;)

Improvisation on the bench because of lack of a tripod, but nice perspective, i think . Done at night as you maybe can imagine.

The harsh white lines take your eyes from the bottom of the photo and sweep them across towards the top. The lines at the bottom give a sort of modernistic feel but they sweep up to the older rustic architecture of the buildings and lamp posts. The superb contrast and slightly out of focus nature of the benches grabs the eye more than the muted grays of the buildings beyond. The true focal point is hard to find as the multiple lines drag your eyes across and around the whole photo in a way to almost keep you staring for hours.
The Artist thought this was FAIR
